Special Event Parking

Transportation Services welcomes anyone hosting an event on campus to reserve parking for their visitors. Requests for special event parking should be made five business days prior to the event. Please submit requests for special event parking through the form below.

Special Events Reserved Parking Rates for UO Entities

  • 1-15 spaces on one reservation: $35 per space
  • 16-30 spaces on one reservation: $30 per space
  • 31-45 spaces on one reservation: $25 per space
  • 46 or more spaces on one reservation: $20 per space

Special Events Reserved Parking Rates for NON UO Entities

  • 1-15 spaces on one reservation: $50 per space
  • 16-30 spaces on one reservation: $45 per space
  • 31-45 spaces on one reservation: $40 per space
  • 46 or more spaces on one reservation: $35 per space

Pricing varies for special event parking in the 13th Ave Garage.

Summer Events Parking Permits for UO Entities

Discounted summer event parking permits are available to UO Entities hosting events occurring after the day of Commencement and ending before August 30.

  • Daytime summer event permit, valid during event dates, up to a 30-day period: $54
  • Daytime and overnight summer event permit, valid 24 hours a day during event dates, up to 30-day period: $80
