Transportation Services encourages anyone hosting an event on campus to coordinate event and guest parking arrangements with us in advance. Requests for parking arrangements must be made at least five business days prior to the event date and submitted through the form linked below.
Event Guest Parking
Garage Parking - Daily or hourly parking validations at the 13th Avenue or Millrace Drive garage are available for event guests. $8/day or $2/hour.
Guest Parking Permits - Virtual parking permits, valid in various commuter zones, may be emailed to event guests seven days prior to the event. $5 - $10/day.
Summer Event Guest Parking Permits - Discounted summer event virtual multiday parking permits are available to UO Entities hosting events occurring after the day of Commencement and ending before August 30.
Event Reserved Parking
Parking spaces may be reserved to support large event parking needs.
Reserved rates for UO Entities
- 15 or less spaces: $35 per space/day
- 16-30 spaces: $30 per space/day
- 31-45 spaces: $25 per space/day
- 46 or more spaces: $20 per space/day
Reserved rates for NON UO Entities
- 15 or less spaces: $50 per space/day
- 16-30 spaces: $45 per space/day
- 31-45 spaces: $40 per space/day
- 46 or more spaces: $35 per space/day
