Reserved Parking

Employee Reserved Parking

Transportation Services offers a zonal parking system that groups campus lots into zones and manages demand by limiting the number of permits sold in each zone.  Zone A permits sold at a 1:1 ratio ensure a high level of parking availability without requiring a specific reserved space.  Consider a zonal permit as an alternative to a reserved space. If needed, a zonal permit can later be converted to a reserved space, subject to availability.

A limited number of paid reserved spaces are available to faculty and staff on a first come, first served basis.  Spaces are reserved only from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a fee that includes price of a permit and a reserved space.  Select reserved spaces are available for an additional fee, for employees who require a space for 24-hours/7 days a week.  Renewal for a reserved space is required each term.

Reserved Parking: Departmental

Most departments can accommodate visitor parking by using the new Guest Invite system, which allows departments to send a virtual permit invitation to a visitor and charge the cost to an Index. For more information on using the Guest Invite system or to setup a department account, send an email to transportation@uoregon.edu.

A department may request one or more reserved parking spaces annually for regular visitors, clients and guests coming from off-campus.  Spaces are reserved only from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday for an annual fee.  Select reserved spaces are available for an additional fee, for departments who require a space for 24-hours/7 days a week. Department reserved spaces are charged upfront for the year.  Reapplication for a reserved space is required annually. To request a department reserved space, fill out this form.
