Parking
Parking at the Northeast Portland campus follows the same Parking Policy and Regulations as other university of Oregon property. Vehicles parked in University lots are required to have a permit from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except where otherwise posted. Northeast Portland campus lots require a Zone P parking permit.
Eligibility
Eligibility is determined by your affiliation in Banner. Those with active student or paid employee affiliations in Banner will have access to annual permits. Day permits are available to those with an active affiliation as well as visitors to the Northeast Portland Campus.
Cost
Zone P Permits are currently offered at no cost.
Availability
Permits are available in the Parking Portal. Annual permits for the 2024 - 2025 academic year will be available starting August 12, 2024.

Is my Zone P permit valid at the Eugene Campus?
Zone P permits are only valid in Zone P lots. All Portland staff and students are eligible to purchase daily, monthly, and term permits for Eugene campus zones.
Is my Eugene campus permit valid in Zone P?
Eugene campus permits (e.g. Zone A, Zone B, Zone C) are not valid in Zone P. Eugene campus permit holders can register for a free Zone P daily or annual permit.
