Zone R Garage
Available to Residence Halls in R-East and R-West, Zone R Garage offers overnight parking on the top floor of the Millrace Parking Garage.
Zone R East
Who is eligible:
- Students living in residence halls on campus including:
- Bean
- Carson
- Earl
- Global Scholars
- Hamilton
- Kalapuya Ilihi
- Living-Learning Center
- Unthank
- Must have residence hall assignment at time of purchase
Permit is valid:
- Only in lots 52, 53, 54, and 59b
- In unmarked, non-reserved spaces in those lots
Cost:
- $345 for the term
- Sold for academic term only
- Payable by credit card or one-time student billing
- Student billing is available for a limited time during the permit renewal period and ends approximately 2 weeks before the term begins
How to Obtain:
- Order through online Parking Portal
- Register the license plate of the vehicle that will be parked on campus
- Permits become available to a student once UO Housing provides a residence hall category
Zone R Garage

- Vehicles must be less than 7 feet high

- Resident parking area is marked with signs

- Sold for academic term only
- Payable by credit card or one-time student billing

Off Campus Housing Permits
Who is eligible:
- Students who live in Spencer View, Moon Court, or Agate Alley
- Must have housing assignment and Housing Authorization Form at time of purchase
Permit is valid:
- Only in the space designated on that specific permit.
Cost:
- Cost of parking (if applicable) is included in your lease
How to Obtain:
- Order through online Parking Portal
- You must attach a Housing Authorization Form to receive your permit
- Register license plates of all vehicles that will park in designated space
- All permits are currently print-at-home
- Permits ordered through the online form or by email can be printed from the Parking Portal
Zone R West
Who is eligible:
- Students who are living in Barnhart or Riley
- Must have Barnhart or Riley residence hall assignment at time of purchase
Permit is valid:
- Only in lots 49 and 50
Cost:
- $345 for the term
- Sold for academic term only
- Payable by credit card or one-time student billing
- Student billing is available for a limited time during the permit renewal period and ends approximately 2 weeks before the term begins

Graduate Village
Who is eligible:
- Students living in Graduate Village
- Must have signed lease at time of purchase
Permit is valid:
- Only lot 44

- $115 monthly or $345 for the term
- Payable by credit card
