Earn a Cotopaxi Hip Pack, Win a UO Rec Center Membership
Attention, University of Oregon employees! You deserve a reward for commuting to work using active and sustainable transportation. Log 34 eligible commute trips on Get There Oregon between May 1st and May 31st to earn a Cotopaxi Hip Pack. These packs are one-of-a-kind, each made from 100% repurposed materials – colors will vary. One hip pack prize per person. If you log the trips, you earn the prize!
Eligible trip modes include Bicycle, E-Bike, Carpool, Transit, Train, Vanpool, Walk, Electric or Kick Scooter, Skate, Remote Work, Compressed Work Week, and Did Not Work. You can log a maximum of two commute trips per workday, so 34 trips is just 17 workdays in May!
In addition to earning the hip pack, UO employees who log 34 or more eligible commute trips will also be entered to win a UO Rec Center membership for fall term 2026. There will be 20 membership winners.
Remember that May is Bike Month! Check out other events and rewards going on at UO, in Eugene, and in Lane County. Celebrate UO Bike to Campus Day with free food, giveaways, bike tune-ups, and more! Bike to Campus Day will be held on May 15th from 10am-2pm, at 13th Ave and University St.
