Can I get a refund for my parking permit?

Yes. Any faculty/staff, student, or affiliate permit holder whose permit is for at least three months in duration may return their permit for a refund of any full month so long as the permit cancellation form is received by the third of that month (e.g., for a refund for April, the form must be received by April 3). The process for returning a permit is simple:

Refunds will be provided in accordance with how the payment was made (e.g., payroll deduction, student bill). A check will be mailed to the permit holder’s address in Duckweb if the permit was purchased by credit card, cash or check.

Monthly Permit Parking

Notice: Effective January 6, 2020, Oregon State University will no longer honor University of Oregon permits in Corvallis. OSU permits will also not be honored in UO lots.

All persons - including all faculty, staff, visitors, and commercial and construction representatives – who park in University-owned parking lots, other than metered spaces, during the period of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (unless otherwise posted), must obtain and display a permanent or temporary parking permit.

Transportation Services offers permits on a monthly basis, as well as a variety of flexible options including the Daily Parker program, carpool permits, and motorcycle permits.
