Can I get a refund for my spring term parking permit?

Yes. Any faculty/staff, student, or affiliate permit holder whose permit is for at least three months in duration may return their permit for a refund of any full month so long as the permit cancellation form is received by the third of that month (e.g., for a refund for April, the form must be received by April 3). The process for returning a permit is simple:

  1. Download the return permit cancellation form.
  2. Send it back to our office via an email to transportation@uoregon.edu.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with how the payment was made (e.g., payroll deduction, student bill). A check will be mailed to the permit holder’s address in Duckweb if the permit was purchased by credit card, cash or check.
